Leveling Jack
Heavy-Duty

Heavy-Duty Motorised Leveling Jack with 10,000 kg Capacity and ±0.1° Accuracy for Aerospace, Marine and Industrial Platforms

The System Controls Leveling Jack is a heavy-duty motorised leveling jack designed for precise platform leveling of large structures and machinery to ±0.1° accuracy. Each jack carries 10,000 kg across a 900 mm
stroke with an operating speed of 450 to 550 mm per minute, supporting both automatic and manual leveling modes on a 415V three-phase AC supply at 2.2 kW. Built from aluminium alloy and engineered for aerospace ground support, marine platforms, industrial equipment and automotive applications, it corrects inclinations up to 4° with torque limiting at 15 to 16 N-m for overload protection.

About the Product

What is the
Leveling Jack?

The Leveling Jack is a motorised heavy-duty jack designed to accurately change the height or alignment of an object or structure to achieve a precise level. Each jack carries 10,000 kg across a 900mm stroke from a 1550mm closed length, with both automatic and manual leveling modes for operational flexibility. Automatic leveling achieves ±0.1° accuracy across inclinations up to 4°, while manual mode provides operator-controlled adjustment. The 415V three-phase AC supply drives the jack at 450 to 550mm per minute with a torque limit of 15 to 16 N-m providing overload protection. The aluminium alloy construction provides the combination of high load capacity and lightweight structure required for aerospace ground support, marine platforms, industrial machinery and automotive leveling applications.

01

10,000 kg Load Capacity Per Jack

Each Leveling Jack carries a load of 10,000 kg, providing the structural capacity needed for leveling aircraft ground support equipment, naval platform sections, heavy industrial machinery and large automotive test rigs. Multiple jacks are deployed together to distribute the total platform load, with each jack contributing 10,000 kg of lifting and leveling capacity to the combined system.

02

Built-In End Sensing via Limit Switches

Limit switches built into the actuator automatically sense end positions and control power cut-off at the travel limits, protecting the actuator and the platform from over-travel damage. Combined with the self-locking intermediate position capability, this built-in end sensing provides complete travel management without requiring external position sensing hardware.

03

Torque Limiting for Overload Protection

A torque limit of 15 to 16 N-m protects the drive mechanism and the platform from overload conditions during leveling operations. This overload protection is critical for aerospace and marine applications where platform integrity must be maintained throughout the leveling cycle and unexpected load spikes cannot be allowed to damage either the jack or the structure being leveled.

04

900mm Stroke for Large Height Adjustment

The 900mm stroke from a 1550mm closed length provides a wide height adjustment range for accommodating significant terrain unevenness and platform alignment requirements. The 450 to 550mm per minute operating speed delivers rapid deployment while maintaining controlled, precise movement throughout the leveling cycle.
