System Controls combines in-house CNC machining, electronic assembly, system integration and engineering design under one roof at the Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Industrial Area, Hoskote, Bengaluru. The EMLA series and Leveling Jack are designed and manufactured to the precise requirements of defence and aerospace customers, with over 35 years of domain experience and an established supply relationship with HAL, DRDO and India's leading defence establishments.

The EMLA series uses a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) input signal to the separately supplied drive unit. This enables precise speed and position control and allows straightforward integration with existing motion control systems in pedestal and platform applications.

Yes. Both EMLA-50 and EMLA-500 incorporate a self-locking mechanism that holds the actuator at any intermediate position without requiring continuous power, making them suitable for applications where position must be maintained during power interruptions.

Each Leveling Jack carries a load of 10,000 kg. Multiple jacks are typically deployed together to level large platforms and structures. The jack achieves leveling accuracy of ±0.1 degree across a maximum inclination of 4°.

The Leveling Jack operates on a 415V, three-phase, 50-cycle AC supply with a power rating of 2.2 kW. It supports both automatic and manual leveling modes and includes torque limiting at 15-16 N-m for overload protection.

The EMLA series is specifically designed for linear actuation in pedestal systems, including surveillance positioners, radar antenna mounts and electro-optical platform elevation. Their compact aluminium alloy construction and position feedback make them directly integrable into closed-loop motion control systems.

Both EMLA variants operate across a temperature range of -10°C to +55°C. The Leveling Jack has an operating range of 20°C to +55°C and a storage range of 30°C to 70°C.

The EMLA series is described as a highly customised solution in System Controls brochure documentation. Customers with specific stroke, thrust or interface requirements should contact the System Controls sales team to discuss customisation options.

A leveling jack is used to precisely level heavy platforms, vehicles and ground support equipment on uneven surfaces. System Controls Leveling Jack carries 10,000 kg per jack, achieves ±0.1 degree leveling accuracy and supports both automatic and manual modes, making it suitable for aircraft ground support, naval platforms and defence vehicle stabilisation.
