Control Column Test Bench

The control column test bench has been developed for performance tests on the control stick. The control column uses four LVDTs for Roll, four for Pitch, four brake sensors, two steering sensors and grip switches for different operations by the pilot.

1. High stability and high precision programmable frequency excitation for LVDTs.
2. Ratiometric signal conditioning of the LVDT output signal.
3. High stability excitation for potentiometric sensors.
4. Dynamic testing of the control column for flight worthiness.
