Human Capital:

Our HR policy believes in quality rather than quantity in order to succeed. Keeping this in mind, we constantly employ best of the breed professionals where on-the-job training is provided to transform them into complete individuals. A continuous performance appraisal is provided to overcome attrition related issues ensuring a seamless flow in the project activities and faster time to the market of our products and services.

Human Resource:

SCTSPL is having a dedicated, skilled and committed team of highly qualified, human resource encompassing both technical and administrative cadres numbering around 150 members. This includes Post Graduate Engineers, Engineers, M.Sc. Graduates, Diploma Holders, who have on-hand experience in design, development and production of products for usage in Defense Applications. In addition, the Design Team is being efficiently lead by very Senior Officers, who have served in higher echelons in DRDO and ISRO, in developing sophisticated and complicated systems for custom-built use. Also we have external Consultants, from Industries, and Academic Institutions in different domains whose services will be available for execution of the project.

In order to identify and develop individual potential, we have developed a number of unique policies.

Training :

Being an integral part of the system, on-the job training is provided the very first day. A comprehensive orientation program is conducted to new entrants. It aims to improve technical,management and soft skills by vastly experienced and technically competent staff. Some of them undergo overseas technical training as well Our competent staffs are backed by state of the art infrastructure including a full-fledged library, professional software packages and test equipment.
